You'll often find me sporting shorts and doing something active, but when I'm not on the move, I'm addicted to podcasts - especially those focused on behavioural and health sciences. With a background in Medical Product Design, a knack for research methodologies that convert, and 8 years of industry experience, I'm always up for a challenge and ready to create engaging experiences that delight users.

I still love the medical and health fields, and do a lot of reading in those areas, especially around physical health and mental health. I try to go rock climbing whenever my fingers will allow me. I do a bit of winter sea-dipping, which appears may aid my ability to sport shorts in winter.
