UX Copywriting for MPB

Overhaul the copy for MPB's Customer-facing platform. This large task involved Chief-level stakeholders across different departments. I used Notion to build a sitemap of the platform, familiarising myself with the various flows and make copy improvements based on UX Copywriting best practices.

Service Design Blueprint

Service design is a holistic overview of the business/operation. It looks to determine the standard touchpoints a customer has with the business and anything that can affect a customer’s experience. This can include products, communications, employees, systems and processes.

A research and product development project identifying stigma components to conceptualise a better design and purchase process.

B2C Product Page Research & Design

MPB's heart. Selling products is what keeps MPB alive, with tough competition, getting this right is key. We went hard on research and developed key concepts.

Global Design System

Built and strategised in collaboration with Jon, Visual Interaction Designer and Gess, Head of Design. This Development-orientated GDS spanned 4 markets (UK, US, DE & FR) with consideration for other markets in the future.
