Basically, Evian’s a natural UX designer. Not only does he have a polished flare for design, his natural inquisitiveness and problem-solving skills make him the ideal candidate for any technical refurb. At the end of the day, he’s a scientist and that means everything he does – without question – is supported by thorough research. What’s more, his relentless passion for UX and “seeing what’s under the bonnet” means that he’ll always go above and beyond to make sure clients are happy.
He’s a real people person which not only makes him a joy to be around but ensures that user testers always feel comfortable and reassured when completing tasks.

Evian is one of those rare designers who spans many design disciplines and is enthusiastic about getting stuck into everything. Such a lateral thinker, would be an asset to any organisation and the pride he takes in his work really shows. I've been in the industry a fair old time now but people like Evian keep me on my toes! I worked closely with Ev at MPB for the best part of 2 years. The first thing to say about Ev is his drive to 'do it for the customer' - everything he is about, is customer, customer, customer. Just what you need in a top level UX designer. His attention to detail is second to none and he has a real skill to get to the root of customer issues. We worked together on many projects, including the launch of MPB's platforms. The most exciting piece we worked together on was planning and developing a service design blueprint. This was a hugely important project for us and we had to start from scratch with it. The blueprint has been used across the business to identify process, people, product gaps.
